From the director of Amelie, this hilarious French comedy starring Dany Boon as an avid movie-watcher and video store clerk Bazil has had his life all but ruined by weapons of war. He constructs a complex scheme for revenge that his newfound family is all too happy to help set in motion. With the full title in French literally meaning "non-stop shenanigans", Micmacs delivers more of the inventive silliness that director Jean-Pierre Jeunet is known for.

"Micmacs links Keaton, Chaplin and Tati to the surreal, stylised worlds of Lynch, Burton and Gilliam and draws on everything from film noir to Sergio Leone" - The Guardian
