2:45pm Omar Ibrahim: Decolonise This
Omar is a working class, mixed race, neurodivergent comedian who dislikes labels.
Influenced by a British-Pakistani heritage and a few too many acid trips, Decolonise This is an idiot’s attempt to unpick the cultural conversation around race and identity, asking the deepest questions of at least the last 10 minutes.
- “A reminder that we are all idiots, himself included” -
Chortle - “Brilliantly original material” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Theatre Weekly
4pm Benji Waterstones: You Don’t Have to be Mad to Work Here
A fly on the padded-wall account of the mental health world from NHS psychiatrist, award-winning comedian and Penguin-published writer Benji Waterstones. What’s the secret to happiness? What’s the best way to escape from a locked ward? And what’s the difference between a psychiatrist, a psychologist, and a psychic? Directed by Jordan Brookes.
