We will take you on a journey spanning decades to visit different doctors and different enemies and give you the chance to learn more and quiz our special guests.
- Destiny of the Daleks (1979) opening episode of Tom Baker's sojurn as the doctor with arch rivals The Daleks and their leader Davros.
- Earthshock (1982) the cult episode starring Peter Davidson as the doctor, and Matthew Waterhouse, our special guest, as the tragic Adric.
(We are sorry we will no longer be screening The Unearthly Child (1963), as previously advertised.)
Special guests we are delighted to welcome for the Q&A are:
- Gavin Collinson wrote the Doctor Who novella Snowfall with Mark B. Oliver, which was published online in December 2010 as part of the Adventure Calendar, and Doctor Who and the Horror of Coal Hill for the 2017 Adventure Calendar. He later wrote the dialogue sequences for the Maze Theory video games The Edge of Time and The Lonely Assassins.
- Matthew Waterhouse is a writer and actor. He's best known for playing the Doctor's travelling companion Adric in two TV seasons of Doctor Who, and subsequently in countless audio dramas alongside Peter Davidson, Tom Baker and other original cast members. Matthew has worked widely in theatre, and his audio work includes several episodes of the continuation of the American gothic TV series Dark Shadows. He is the author of a trilogy of novels, a book of short stories and an acclaimed memoir, Blue Box Boy.
- Mark Ayres from Radiophonic Workshop.
