Tickets

Online tickets are on sale until an hour before the performance.

You no longer need to bring along a print out of your receipt if we can view it on your phone/device on entry, as this is your ticket.

Online tickets have an additional fee of 9% (up to a maximum of £2) added to them, this is to cover the costs of the credit card services which we are charged.

Please note your online booking does not guarantee you specific seats, please just arrive in good time to select the seat(s) of your choice.

Advance tickets are available online.

We do not offer refunds for tickets.

Can children attend the Electric Palace unaccompanied?

Children under 12 years old cannot attend a screening unaccompanied, regardless of film certification. They should be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older.

Children over 12 years old can attend unaccompanied during daytime U, 12, 12A or PG screenings only (before 7pm).

Delay with ticket confirmation emails

If you experience a delay in receiving your ticket confirmation email, please first check your junk mail folder and which of your email addresses you used to make your booking - do not book another ticket first, but instead please email the cinema (info@electricpalacecinema.com) to check we have your booking.

If you have any problems trying to book tickets, please can you send as much information as possible to info@electricpalacecinema.com, including what browser you are using and any error messages. (A screenshot if you are able with any error messages would be great!) Some users have experienced issues with our site and any information would be really helpful to resolve them. Thanks!

Refund policy

Customers purchasing private hire online have the right to cancel their bookings. We require 7 days notice prior to a private hire booking date, in writing or via email, and a £20 cancellation fee will apply. Please email us with your booking details and contact information for us to process your cancellation.

We will refund the hire amount via credit card or we can issue you a credit note valid for one year to be used for future film screenings of your choice. The booking fee is non-refundable.

For screening tickets we do not offer refunds other than in exceptional circumstances, at management discretion.
