How the Electric Palace is responding to the outbreak

UPDATE 26 MARCH 2020:

We have decided to temporarily close the cinema in light of the new Coronavirus pandemic announcements. 

We are taking things week by week and will announce further updates as the situation develops. Please keep up to date with our situation via our social media channels.

If you are a ticket holder for one of our upcoming screenings up til the end of April, we have contacted you via email, so please do check your inbox. If you would like a refund, please email us with 'REFUND' in the subject line.

We are happy to give you a full refund, but if you would be prepared to donate any part of your ticket to support us during this period we would also be very grateful as it would help us cover our ongoing costs.

We hope you are all feeling OK in this crazy dystopian situation.

Cancellation policy for party hires

Our usual cancellation policy is five days for party hire bookings in order to obtain a full refund. During this period of uncertainty due to the Coronavirus-19 outbreak, we are reducing this to 48 hours.
