Boris Karloff is a mad scientist attempting to communicate with his dead wife.
Dr Julian Blair (Boris Karloff) is desperate to communicate with his deceased wife via human brain waves. Soon, his obsession leads him to experiment on suspects both alive and dead. Lending a hand is a phony medium, and a brain-dead assistant. Complete with obligatory torch-carrying mob! Thoroughly entertaining.
