Denzel Washington is a charming and handsome angel who falls in love with Whitney Houston. Sweet like candy cane!
When God overhears a church preacher despairing the potential loss of a youth center, he dispatches an angel to help him out. This remake of The Bishop’s Wife (screening earlier in the day) stars Courtney B. Vance and Whitney Houston as the titular pair, visited by a charming and handsome angel played by Denzel Washington.
Wholesome, warm, with some Whitney bangers thrown in for good measure.
