Premiere of 'Hinch' at the Electric Palace

We'll be screening the premiere of Hinch, a documentary about Ian Hinchliffe, (1942-2011) a performance and installation artist who gained fame and notoriety for his unique
brand of surrealist and absurdist humour.

PLUS: See five short films by Dave Stephens and Matt Page who have worked for 10 years on projects including animation, narrative and cut up techniques. The earliest film shown is ‘3 Experiments’ (camera by Ben Rivers).

Both based in Brighton, Stephens is a sculptor, filmmaker and performance artist. Page’s film commissions include UK Film Council, Latitude Festival and Brighton Cinecity.

The screenings will be followed by Q&A with Stephens & Page.
